Carafoods operates under a HACCP-certified food safety management system, applied across the entire enzyme production process, from raw material handling and fermentation to packaging and storage.

Deep Natural Fermentation & Production Design

All enzyme products are produced through deep natural fermentation, without industrial yeast, heat treatment, or chemical accelerators.
Fermentation is conducted continuously throughout the year, including long-term fermentation cycles of up to 365 days, allowing enzymes and indigenous microorganisms to develop slowly, naturally, and stably. Each fermentation batch is designed as an independent biological cluster to ensure consistency and biological integrity.
For Carafoods, time is not a cost, but an essential component of quality.

Mindful Production Environment & Human Development

Beyond technical controls, Carafoods integrates mindful production practices into its manufacturing system.
